Employee is apparently unable to use or understand the register. I paid $171.00 for products, but left empty handed. Not a good experience, I definitely would NEVER recommend going here.

I went here today and found out Halal was no longer working at this location. The service I received couldn’t compare to how Halal treat his customer! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The shop is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products to meet all your needs. What really stood out to me was the incredible customer service I received from Halal. Not only was Halal extremely knowledgeable about the products, but they also took the time to listen to my preferences and guided me toward the perfect choices. Their recommendations were spot-on, and I left with exactly what I needed—and more! Halal’s patience, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly made my experience memorable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want them to leave satisfied. This kind of personalized service is rare to find these days. I’ll absolutely will not be returning and recommending this shop to my friends and family.

Store hours say 9am-9pm. I just wasted a bunch of gas and time trying to go to this shop. Got there at 4pm, no cars in the parking lot, door is locked and there's a hand written sign on the door saying "gone to lunch, be back in 30 minutes". It's 5pm now and no one ever showed up. The neon sign is still lit up and says open. What kind of business schedules a lunch at 4 pm and what kind of business can't cover for someone when they take lunch? If you only have one employee then you should change your store hours to reflect that the store will be closed for lunch since no one will be there. It's 2025, you haven't heard of door dash or getting a pizza delivered? On my way now to the competitor's shop. I'll never know if you have better products or prices. BTW 4 different cars came and left while I was waiting. I planned on spending roughly $200 because I need a new bong and some flower. Y'all probably missed out on $500 between me and other customers in that hour. Edit after response: What do you mean IF you find true evidence of this? Just look at the camera footage from the camera pointing at the parking lot. Although I guess it's foolish to assume that a poorly run business would actually have working cameras. BTW your competition sucks. No selection anywhere in gula or Moss point so now I'm going to mobile because your doors are locked. Didn't even give me a chance to be a return customer.
