This smoke shop is hands down the best in town! The atmosphere is super welcoming and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer questions and help me find exactly what I’m looking for, whether it’s glass, vapes, or accessories. Their selection is huge and high quality, with prices that are more than fair. I really appreciate how organized everything is, which makes shopping easy and enjoyable. You can tell they care about their customers and their products. Definitely my go-to spot—I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! 10/10

First time at this store, asked for salt nic. The cashier pointed out the section and it ended up being just the regular vape juice. I didn't double check and just trusted the worker knew his product. So ended up just throwing it away.

I went here as a new resident to the area looking for a new regular shop. Employees absolutely knew nothing about vape products from what it seemed. I went in and specifically said I was looking for nic salt juice. It is all is behind a counter (not just cases) and you cannot see the products to browse and find what you need on your own. The employee proceeded to walk to the shelf and point to random nic juice from that brand asking if "I used 3 or 6mg". Nic salt does not come in 3 or 6mg to start with. When I said the strength is higher he finally found what I was talking about. Then proceeded to vaguely tell me the flavors when I said I use fruity. He picked up one and said "this one has a little icy flavor". And sold it to me because I was over it. I absolutely hate menthol anything. I have been sick with the flu and was out of product. I'll use the juice. As someone who has vaped for 10 years and gone to loads of shops that alone is a huge issue. If an employee cannot tell the difference between nic salt and regular nic juice??? No. If an employee cannot ask a customer if they are okay with menthol??? Absolutely not. 0/10 and this will not be my new regular shop. Find somewhere else because unless you are super pushy with 10/10 vision you will not leave with what you went for.
