Cheapest smokes around. Even got glass if you need it. Vape selection is good. Not a vast selection but it's all good product. Ashtrays and knickknacks available on the shelf.

They have what I'm looking for when I'm looking for it. They have a good stock of items. We were concerned about how they would change after the buy out but the staff is still fantastic about knowing you and remembering what you want. The staff is also very welcoming with everyone. The biggest change with the buy out was that prices were reduced on a lot of products sold there.

I bought a glass blunt from this store the plunger on it didn't work correctly. I called the store to see if all of them were like that or just the one I got. The guy listened to me say the my problem, then without responding to me what so ever starts talking to someone in the store. He said he had to help a customer in store. I wait as he helps like 5 people. After he helps everyone in the store he grabs the phone and says "so are you just hanging out with me on the phone or what?" I said well you didn't say anything in response to what I said. He said "all you said said was you couldn't figure out how to work a glass blunt." I said "no I said it wasn't manufactured right" he said " well I didn't manufacturer it so I can't help you" I said " Oh so you just sell products that don't work?" He said "yep". Will never spend a dime in that store again

I'm not sure what happened at this store late 2022. It used to be customer friendly, always greeted with a smile, and good prices. My boyfriend uses chew tobacco - you could buy rolls of Kayak Long Cut Straight for around $6 at this store in late 2022 .. the prices shot up to over $10 now. I can buy this same product in Mountain Grove, MO for $7.25, and their price has not changed in over 2 years. I'm not sure if management changed at this store or what, but quit gouging the customer! The employees also changed and are not at all knowledgeable about what products the store has and where they are, and are not welcoming or friendly. Unfortunately, it is the only place in Houston, MO to buy Kayak, so if we go that direction we really don't have a choice, but try to avoid going to this store if at all possible!

I Used to love this place, but the last time I was in there, the cashier treated me like a burden and with complete disrespect. And after I HANDED her money to pay, she threw my stuff at me on the counter I literally had to catch before falling to the ground! No sorry. No thank you, come again. Just turned her back on me. I'll just say more than made me mad. But no worries because I'll never go back. Sorry Smokers Express you just lost a valuable customer.
