Smoker Friendly - Lake Liquor

Service was great,,, very welcoming... Has a great selection and reasonable prices... I accidentally gave this a 3 star rating trying to rate another business... This was a mistake on my part and I apologize because it did not deserve it at all...

They carried a very small size of what I was looking for at a great price, and the staff was friendly and helpful! The convenient location allows you to get in and out quickly.

Been going in there for years no problem but today I asked about something the gal came back with thanks for every time you come in here messing everything up really I was trying to straighten stuff up very rude we'll I popped off and shouldn't of but I was always taught to be nice to the customer not these days I guess we'll anyway we b smokin

The man who works here named Lee is the rudest person I’ve ever seen working in customer service. He denied a paying customer service because they’re neighbors and he doesn’t like him. I understand denying someone service if they are causing problems in your business, but for personal issues is UNPROFESSIONAL! He has sold him product time and time again, but after an argument they had at their homes, now he’s now allowed into the store? Lee doesn’t own this store! If every employee was allowed to deny service to everybody they personally dislike you wouldn’t have a business. The customer he denied is a loyal customer who goes there every single day. He’s lived at the lake for years now and has always shopped there, and now because his neighbor that dislikes him works there, he’s all the sudden not allowed to shop there. Lee needs to be fired or at least aware that you can’t deny someone service just because you have personal issues with them.

The place could be good but the people who work there give the worst customer service. Their rude and act like you are putting them out when you walk through the door. I wish I could say it was just one experience but every single time I go in there they seem too put out to want to help anyone, just as they did once again tonight. There is we b smokin and euphoria just down the road, both of which are waaaaay friendlier so needless to say this was my last visit there.
