Smoker Friendly

Great place to purchase all of your tobacco supplies! Friendly staff and prices are great too! They have a good selection of cigars in their humidor. Also have a good selection of cool novelty items as well. You owe it to yourself to check them out. Conveniently located and easy to access.

This is my favorite smoke shop. They have all the standards and they also have a nice humidor with a diverse cigar selection. I love the occasional cigar, and I've found both old favorites and new favorites here. They also have a variety of other items that make great gifts for yourself or your friends: Cute accessories, incense and incense holders, unusual ashtrays, and other nifty bits and bobs you won't often find other places.

Helpful and friendly staff, excellent prices, and not only a good variety of tobacco products, but also many other items that make great gifts or collectibles. Of course, I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to both Adam and Liz... both bring a smile to my face, joy to my day and never fail to share a giggle or a laugh with me every time I visit!

Always friendly but a few times a year there are stocking issues. Last time I just went to a shop in Nixa instead, and I can definitely day Smoker Friendly had a much cleaner, open environment with very friendly staff.

We've been regular customers of this establishment for 5 years and have come to despise going in to shop due to horrible customer service. The employees typically card us and scan our IDs despite our protests, claiming it's corporate policy but they don't do it for everyone. They pretend like they haven't been selling to us at least once a week for the last 5 years or can't remember our faces. I've been cussed at by one employee, another said she hoped someone I loved died of COVID, and just recently another told me to shop elsewhere if I didn't like not being recognized as a regular customer and treated as if my patronage mattered. So that's what we're going to do from now on. Gonna drive to Nixa or Highlandville for cheaper prices and better attitudes. Oh, and corporate office doesn't care either, so don't bother trying to get any solutions from them when their horrible employees treat you badly.
