As someone who has worked in healthcare for years, integrity and trust are values I hold dearly. I purchased a bottle of tequila from this location after a long, exhausting day, hoping to unwind. When I got home, I noticed the bottle was defective—the lip was chipped, and there were pieces of glass inside. I returned to the store, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with rude behavior and outright dismissal. Not only did they refuse to replace the bottle, but they also kept it, leaving me unable to reach the manufacturer myself. To question my honesty as a loyal customer was both insulting and upsetting. The lack of accountability and professionalism has left me deeply disappointed. I will no longer do business with this store and caution others to think twice about supporting such dishonest practices.

If zero stars was available, no negative stars. No honor in their business at all. No customer care. You wasted my time and my coupon for your mistakes and dont want to fix it. Absolutely trash owner. Its common and human decency to correct your mistakes no matter where you are from.

The gentleman here are inconsiderate and shall work towards better customer service.
