Really nice wonderful people open 24 hours a day 7 days a week they're always there every time I've been and they've got the cheapest prices around give you a free lighter with every carton and are very fast

It's a vape shop in Springfield. No complaints , they have vapes . And you can buy them. And they cost generally about what they cost everywhere else. Okay have a nice day

I’ve been going to smoke science about once a month for the past six months and really enjoyed my encounter with the young man. After buying one half ounce the price was $45. The second time buying it was then $50. The third time buying, it was $55. What the heck is going on? This is just ridiculous. I feel like as a regular customer- I’m being taken advantage of. Don’t blame it on the strain either, because I bought the same one each time. Are we making up prices as we go?

i’m gonna start this out by saying i have NEVER been so upset as to leave a review on a business, however, my husband and i are beyond fuming right now. yesterday we bought a extinguisher-like butane torch and this morning when he tried to use it, the whole top of it caught on fire (we successfully put it out and thank god neither of us nor our animals were hurt) immediately after we sorted out the fire, i called them to see if we could get a refund or replacement and on the phone i was told they could get it sorted out for us (quite frankly when i was on the call the guy asked what kind of torch it was and when i told him, it seemed like this is a recurring issue). we drive the 15 minutes to this shop only for my husband to be told there was nothing they could do and they just took the torch back. no refund no nothing. They very obviously do not care if/when their products are defective and do not care about the consequences that could come from them. We are honestly very lucky that everyone is okay. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. this is an edit after they’ve replied. neither of us have any interest in coming back. the way my husband was treated by your employee was unacceptable and i personally find it incredibly hard to believe that in the 15 minutes it took us to get to your establishment that there was a miscommunication on what needed to be done for us after i had JUST called about it. i also find it really deceitful and disgusting that only after a bad and angry review is left do you want to try to do something about this situation (and it’s really obvious that you’re only doing this so i will retract/change my review) but not when we are in your store actively trying to sort this out. Thanks but no thanks.
