Smoker Friendly

I just went in this store and the guy that works there is amazing. I'm from Mississippi and I found this shop on Google. I was looking for my vape that we have on the coast but I have had no luck up here. Well this guy found one that he thought I would like and he was right it was amazing. Thank you souch for your help and great customer service I will definitely be back.

Dawn (I believe that's her name) is one of the nicest, most helpful people. She makes me smile every time I'm in and always helps me get what I need.

Friendly staff, great prices with good selections of pipes, smokeless tobacco, and accessories as well as a walk in humidor. Smoke top shelf or save yourself a buck or two.

Products are fine, selection is good. Most staff are friendly and personable but if you're going to hire new employees make sure they are atleast friendly. Walked in today, the girl looked at me, turned her back to finish whatever she was doing with her gloves and beanie and didn't even say hello. I said hi, how are you? No response. Got my items. She didn't say a word the whole time but mumbled the total. Said have a good day as I was leaving, she again didn't respond. Another customer came in behind me and said hello to her, she didn't respond to him either. Had to go back in to exchange an item after the first purchase, about a hour after, not one word from her the entire time again.

This is the only vape shop in town that is open before 10am, or so it is supposed to be. I have come multiple times when they’re supposed to be open and there’s always signs saying they’ll “be back soon”. It’s annoying considering a lot of us choose this shop because their hours make it easier for us to stop in before work. Either change the hours for good, or be open when you say you’re going to be open.
