Best smoke shop Ever!! I love the employees. They are so polite and attentive. They have every product you can think of. The store is huge and plenty to choose from. I mostly just get my vapes and incense here. Sometimes a chocolate or beverage for a snack. Also I bought a glass jar that seals off smells. They also have a reward program so you get $3 off for every $100 spent. I love this shop!

I was skeptical about going here but I did and I 100% agree with this business, great experience wonderful employee and a huge selection of vapes to choose from nicotine and thc. Honestly this is the best smoke shop I've ever been to and I'm now a regular customer it's fantastic!

Absolutely dope spot. Everything you need. Also, please stop trying to hustle my man behind the counter for a 99c wrap that nobody buys because you won't spend the extra .19 for a fresh brand and then throwing a fit about it like a child in the lobby when you're spending literally one dollar. So I'm not upset about the reason I came in. I bought a Geek Bar on Christmas eve and it stopped working. I was going to just exchange it. What I'm upset about is the "back in 10 min" sign. It was absolutely longer than 10 min. Myself and 2 other cars waited for some time. I pulled in at 1135 and left at 1159. I had to come back again and they did exchange my defective vape... and asked me to update the review after telling me they were only away 10 min... he even asked me to change the review while still in the store. I did add another star but it goes a very long way to simply accept the accountability. It is bitter for sure but it sure goes a long way with the feelings customers have walking away. We have a whole lot of choices for the products you sell in Omaha and the service given is a huge factor in where I give my business. So for those reading the review, that's the experience. I hope it's helpful.

I want to warn anyone planning to go to this shop to be careful; they are terrible and their service is very rude.
