I stop here a few times a month and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. If they don't have in stock what you prefer, they will order it for you if you are a regular. Last night I stopped in for a purchase and the clerk accidentally rang up an extra 2-liter of soda and I was wondering about the cost, but before I could even finish doing the math in my head he recognized the mistake and mentioned it and corrected it. I told him I appreciated his honesty because I honestly probably wouldn't have caught it. Just good people and a locally-owned business.

I liked the tobacco outlet because they have a selection for discerning vegans such as myself. You name it they got it. Vegan cigars, vegan cigarettes, believe it or not even vegan chewing tobacco. And it's not just tobacco products. They have alcohol and non alcoholic beverages and snacks both vegan and non vegan. No more chicken carcasses in my booze! THANKS TOBACCO OUTLET!😚

I’m from out of town visiting family from VA. We couldn’t find anywhere that had Redseal Fine Cut Wintergreen so I just was calling every tobacco outlet listed on google in a 50mile radius. So after calling mutliPle places my dad was just like find the one that has long cut so I had to start over calling back all the places again because where they didn’t have fine cut I didn’t write down none of the info of the stores that had long cut. Called back and the dude rudely said you’ve already called 3 times about the fine cut and I’ve told you I don’t have it only the long cut and repeated it over again.
