I forgot to ask her name but the nice gal that was working around 5 on friday. I was curious about vaporizers and she meticulously showed all the options in detail and didint presure me to decide while working with other customers between. It is good people and killer service that makes makes it all happen.

Great selection, but look at pictures and won't give me a replacement....well Ricky the owner reached out to me and got it straightened out, thanks so much...the guy at the counter had been very nice about replacing the wrap and store policy is not that they won't replace. I am back in the 420 smoke shop fold...thanx again!!

So I’ve been to this store twice and the first time the employee was awesome but my electrical rig didn’t work. And I thought I’d give it another shot so I went to get two batteries and not only did they not work they refused to exchange and I didn’t even get a battery charger with it I spent $50 on items that don’t even work. Scammers at its finest I say and I urge everyone to not go there

If you buy Zyns here, beware they claim all the rewards codes before selling them to you. Edit since I can’t reply to the owners reply: The plastic wrap is different than the manufacturers. This is the second time I’ve bought a log there and found the points claimed already. The first time I thought was a fluke so I gave you guys another try. Every time I go in I see the employees doing non-work related stuff so don’t tell me they don’t have time to scan some QR codes. Might want to do some audits on your employees if you truly don’t think this is happening. I’ve contacted Zyn about the issue.

Terrible experience! Was my first time going to this place 9-11-23. Went in right when the dude opened. He was very rude. I was gonna ask him about cbd options he had but he asked me in the rudest tone," What do you want!? I was in shock so I just told him what I needed and went to purchase it. He rang me up and whispered something about credit or debit in which I pressed debit. He then proceeded to tell me in a rude manner that debit doesn't work and said, "That's why I told you credit not debit. " Is this how this smoke shop treats there customers? He then had issues with the computer and proceeded to curse frequently until it worked. Not good experience at all for my first visit.
