The best smoke shop experience I’ve ever had! I stopped by today and was helped by Jessica, and honestly, she deserves all the credit in the world. From the second I walked in, she was welcoming, kind, and so knowledgeable about everything in the store. She didn’t just help me find what I was looking for, she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident with my purchase. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service anymore, but Jessica made the whole experience feel personal and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just because the shop has great products and prices, but because of Jessica’s incredible attitude and customer care. If you stop by, make sure to ask for Jessica. She’s the kind of person who turns a quick errand into the highlight of your day!

They provide good service. My own complaint, as well as others, is that the shop is consistently late in opening according to their posted hours. Today, it still hadn't opening 26 minutes after designated hours.
