This place knowingly sells old, defective vapes and takes zero responsibility for it. I purchased a vape that barely worked and tasted stale. I tested it at the checkout with the owner present, and it was immediately obvious there was a problem. Despite seeing the issue firsthand, the owner refused to exchange it, refund it, or offer any kind of solution. Instead, they hid behind a rigid “no exchange” policy, even when the product was clearly faulty. This isn’t a mistake — it’s bad business. Selling outdated products and refusing to stand behind them, even when tested on the spot, shows a complete lack of integrity and customer care. Spend your money elsewhere. This shop does not respect its customers and does not stand behind what it sells. Limited selection of vapes and extremely expensive at 1 for $29.99/$24.99 offering no discounts. Do not recommend entering this smoke shop; as a matter, of fact. Check out the photo of the owner. It says it all about how much he cares about his customers. And after all that he didn't give me back my change.

The owner was very unpleasant and rude. Awful environment. I literally felt as if the guy hated me and didn't even try to hide it. Save your money. Anything you want can be found in any other smoke shop without the attitude.

I went in to purchase a vape pen battery and had a few questions. His responses were unnecessarily snobbish and rude. When I called to ask for his business license number, he said he did not have one. It concerns me that this business would be running without a license. That might explain why he feels he can be rude to potential customers.

If I could give this shop negative stars, I would. Do NOT SHOP HERE. Do yourself and the world a favor. I bought a glass bong from them that was cracked, which I realized when I got it home and saw it leaking all over the place. They would not replace it or refund my money. That was $32 down the drain. This shop does not stand behind their product!

Completely over priced they don’t have any prices showing so they can make them up as they go my friend told me to come here for something specific she paid $4 out the door they told me $5 so I said fine gave them a $10 bill the guy gave me no receipt and $3 back. I won’t be back and will be warning my friends not to come back. I heard the woman saying they lost business during Covid etc so you think they would have wanted to earn a new customer. Poor ethic.
