Since I moved here from Alaska. Coco has been one of the kindness worker I’ve went to. She has helped in different type of vapes and recommending good flavors as I am really picky of the flavor. She is helpful humble and show so much love. She gave me good vibes and I will always stop by at the same shop to re up on my juices for vapes. Thank you coco you are awesome

Bought a bowl and realized walking to my car that they gave me the wrong size. I walk back in and apparently no refunds, even if it 2 minutes ago and I have to pay full price no refunds for the right size. Good thing there's lots of choice when it comes to smoke shops.

Jarvis is the best. I stopped going to my favorite smoke shop recently because, though the owner is awesome, one of his employees is super condescending and I found myself leaving that store feeling kind of shitty and less happy than when I came in. I’m making ‘Smoke Vape CBD’ my new one stop shop now as they have a clean store, they got what I need, but mostly customer service is stellar. Jarvis took care of me today and he was friendly, professional, has a great sense of humor, and I walked out not only with what I came to get and more, but with a big ol’ smile on my face as well.

This is my absolute favorite smoke shop in the whole city! They always go out of their way to take time and explain any and everything. Such a nice change of pace to feel welcomed and not ever rushed. Plus they have everything! And it’s always clean….. I can’t say enough great things about it😀

Have been to this shop several times, usually late in the evening and seem to always be a diffetent employee with no enthusiasm that made you feel like u were disrupting them. In the last month I have been here twice & was helped by Tennessee. I was blown away by her energy, her knowledge, her care in making sure my items were well wrapped, she was funny and just generally made u feel welcome and that she was glad you came in. I will definitely be back. Great customer service!
