Smokers Haven Derry

I originally went in there because I wanted to cut down on cigarettes. I found myself taking a few drags and then throwing the cigarette away and at almost $12 a pack it was getting crazy. I was looking for an alternative where I could just take a couple Puffs with my coffee. The manager Maddie was very helpful and showed me some really really good products of exactly what I was looking for. I did find the perfect one and it worked out great. I'm spending less money and it's flavorful and no smoke in my lungs. The staff there is absolutely fabulous And knowledgeable.

Maddie was very knowledgeable in helping me, someone new to vaping 😅, in picking the perfect “device” for my recreational vaping ventures. Vape on!!!

I Love going to smoker's Haven!! My car broke down in their parking lot this morning and Victoria was so nice to me. She knew it was cold outside and she told me just come on in here and you can stay warm. She's such a very friendly person and I am so glad that she was working. Thank you so much Victoria!

I find every time I stop into Smokers Haven I am always greeted, and asked what they can help me with. I am always on the lookout to try different flavors, yet have no idea what. After a couple of questions I am always given some suggestions. I really appreciate that. I’m a stickler for customer service as it is lacking these days. With over 30+ years of experience in customer service myself, the staff here is all very young yet conduct themselves professionally and with enthusiasm. I have not had one bad experience there and don’t expect to any time soon. They should all be very proud of themselves for a job well done. I thank each and every one of them.

Love this place ! Victoria was so nice and helpful! Her positive attitude was amazing and really makes a difference in the vibe of the store. Definitely go there for all your vape needs , very reasonable and lots to choose from.
