I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment. As a loyal customer who visits this store bi-monthly and spends a significant amount of money, I expect a baseline level of quality and transparency, neither of which I received on my recent visits. The time and expense I invest in traveling to this store—a substantial commitment—has been completely invalidated. Here are the key issues: * Selling Counterfeit Products: Most alarmingly, I have purchased several products from this store that turned out to be counterfeit. About one half of the “Crave Max” vapes that I purchased were not authentic. They were a different size, tastes different, did not last as long, and lacked the counterfeit prevention packaging. When you rely on a retailer for authentic, quality goods, being sold fakes is a massive breach of trust. This raises serious concerns about the store's sourcing and ethical practices. * Excessive and Sketchy Credit Card "Processing" Fee: The store charges an exorbitant "processing" fee of almost 5% for credit card transactions. This fee is not only excessively high but also appears highly suspect. Given that modern credit card merchant fees are significantly lower and often bundled, this 5% charge feels like an unjustified markup intended purely to increase profit while discouraging legitimate payment methods. This practice forces me to question the store's overall financial transparency and honesty regarding its reported income. In summary, the combination of selling counterfeit products to long-time customers and charging an ethically questionable, excessive credit card fee is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to be wary and think twice before making purchases here. My loyalty has been completely disregarded, and I will be taking my considerable business elsewhere. Thank you for your response! I just want to clarify in English that I am not confused about anything: the store that I am reviewing, the counterfeit products, or the sketchy fees. As a consumer, I know that this is the only store that I visit that charges this type of fee. But I am much more upset about the counterfeit products and warn other consumers to stay away from the “Strawberry Ice” and “Vanilla Custard” flavors. I purchased a few of both and was scammed. I have yet to open other flavors so I’ll keep you posted! As I said I live too far and take time out of my busy schedule to travel there bi-monthly. But I’d probably be greeted with the same defensive mentality if I brought the fake products back.

Ok I’m gonna save ya’ll a bunch time looking for a Vape shop in Salem NH. Of the at least 20 + or more Vape shops on Broadway, this is your First and last stop. Huge selection and hands down best prices. Oh and the owner and staff are amazing. ☁️ 😁 Your welcome and Happy vaping.

Drove from MA in need of craves, attendant was super helpfull and welcoming. We got so many new flavors at awsome prices . Glad we came down, we will be coming back!

I came in for the first time and was greeted by the manager Mina, he was super super nice and reasonable with the prices. I bought 2 vapes He gave me a really good deal and then he said because I spent $25 and I said I was gonna make a Google review because the place was so nice and he was awesome. I got a free vape.
