Great location. Very clean, well stocked. Great variety of products. Dennis is my favorite. He knows exactly what I want when I go in as well as numerous other customers.

Puffcity is my go-to shop, thanks to Dennis! He is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He single-handedly makes the place. The shop has a great selection, and impressive prices but the service truly stands out.

Went in for the first time a few days ago to look for a replacement glass piece and Dennis was great! I went in with a measurement and he guided me immediately and helped me find exactly what I needed. Very clean environment as well which is always a plus.

Dennis the absolute consummate professional! Knowledgeable to the point where he needs a youtube page to educate the masses! Awesome shop with great products!

This is usually my preferred Puffcity location but I came in the other day for THC gummies and asked the cashier (who was on the phone the whole time and barely put it down to talk to me) if they were indica or sativa. She told me a hybrid. It was psylicibin and I found out the hard way. An hour or so later, I was at home having a horrible panic attack while everything glowed, sweat pouring out of me, and my landlord was due to come by and fix something. Thankfully my mom cancelled for me due to my sudden erratic behavior and intense need to pull every piece of lint out my rug. The other employees are great and have always pointed me in the right direction for whatever needs I had. But that experience two nights ago is unforgivable, so yeah, two stars.
