Randomly met the owner at a restaurant next to his shop. Came into his place and while I don't smoke, he gave the best customer service to my friend I've ever seen. Friendly, hospitalable, and oh yes he's got options at his place.

Used to be good, then last THREE times I went during open hours, with all lights on and bright “open” sign lit, the door was locked. There was a sign on the door with phone number to call for service, but it either went straight to voicemail or kept ringing and ringing. They’re out of the way for me, so I wasted so much time and gas going for no reason. Very bad business policy, completely immature behavior for a business owner/manager.
