Amsterdam Smoke Shop

The store is very elegant and the aroma is relaxing because of the incense they have displayed. Very clean and amazing service. I came in today to buy a disposable vape and I am 100% satisfied. Definitely going again in a not so far future.

Great atmosphere, nice and clean, friendly staff, reasonable and affordable prices. The only problem I have are their hours which are not correct or up to date in terms of operation. Please update your hours so I don't waste gas going when they're not open!!

Terrible service from the women who work there. I sent my boyfriend to buy a Delta-8 cart & they gave us carts that were leaking oil already. They did not want to actually look at the products they’re selling before they sell them to people to make sure they’re not broken or leaking. the rubber bands on both carts were coming off and the oil was escaping from both ends. waste of money & time.

Beware of anything you buy there ! I’m so disgusted right at this point . Mold on all over what I got.

I went in for some screens and a bowl, the young Hispanic girl with glasses said they dont carry either product and she's unfamiliar with the name so that I must be mistaken with the name. Then She suggested I go to another store. I had to go up and down their inventory to find them myself, even though i was the only customer she couldn't help me. Then she proceeds to say those are pipes. I educate her and she says oh it's that I don't smoke out of bowls. I mentioned that she works in a smoke shop she should know her inventory. Luckily I found the products myself paid and left. NEVER going back when there are 2 other stores literally next door which treat the cutomer better, they have knowledge of their products and at the end of the day, do not suggest I take my business elsewhere.
