Customer service is great. The product I usually get is $13 cheaper at a smoke shop down the street. If you are in a pinch, this is a good spot. They probably have what you are looking for.
If zero was possible I would give them this. I purchased the Big Chief product @ $50 pc. both carts were defective and all the owner wanted to give me was 24% off my next product. Keep the 24% and your defective products. I'm reporting you to the BBB and "I'm going to continue trashing this place until they are out of business. Both carts ended up like this and leaked my bag.
Really bad experience, I bought two vapes and one was broken, despite that I showed the guy in charge that the vape was not working, he did not want to change it. I do it recommend this place. Please do not buy these brand of vapes!
