I had a very pleasing experience my first visit. The staff were very knowledgeable & helpful. The store was very clean and stocked very well with a large selection of everything you need. I purchased a beautiful Hookah set and it had a manufacturer defect...no fault of the store. I returned it and received a replacement which was hassle free and very pleasant. The owner was so nice and professional. I truly recommend this place for all your smoking needs & they have definitely gained a frequent customer!

Amazing store, large inventory of original products. Customer service is amazing. They delivered my vapes literally within 5 minutes (I live close by). I wouldn't go to any other shop since I had a bad experience elsewhere with bad product. Glad to have found this spot!

I woke up and realized that I had lost my vape the night before, it was raining very hard, and I did not feel like going out to buy a new one. My vape was delivered in 30 minutes to my house in the pouring rain by very pleasant man. I didn’t even know this was possible & I’m very happy with the service.

I ordered online. Paid expedited delivery which they failed to provide. The contact provided for this company is a storefront in Roselle NJ where they say they can’t answer any questions and cannot provide any help. No information about delivery. No information about how to get a refund for the delivery fee. I would never use this company again, Dan, or recommend it. Did you actually read my email? If you are going to require a signature you must inform the customer. I’ve never heard of this kind of behavior before. Update: can’t reach the owner or anyone at the store who knows anything by phone. Only unhelpful emails that basically ignore my complaints.
