He is always smiling; he's got the best customer service skills. I love going in there and seeing him just with a positive attitude. He always helps me; he's always willing to just be helpful; he's very knowledgeable. You guys have to go see him. He's amazing! Good job, Chris! Way to go keep it up. You're freaking awesome! By the way, the shop is awesome too. It has everything you're looking for and more, literally you can look for hours and you'll find something new.

4.5 stars there’s still a tiny bit to earn the last 1/2 ⭐️ Love our little local shop, it's the bomb dot com. We could definitely use some juicier deals on those incense sticks, but overall, I'm thoroughly stoked with every single visit except for one teensy-weensy thing. The new face seems to think it's cool to trash-talk other employees to customers, which is just a tad unprofessional, especially since the other employees have been super amazing. Even when I feel like a total doofus for asking questions, they've always hooked me up with the answers or pointed me in the right direction, super helpful, super polite, and informative. Hopefully, the new face will get with the program and catch the small-town love vibe. Negativity is like a rotten apple, it can ruin the whole harvest, man.
