How can there be a hygienic problem when she could not even use it? I hope better much better customer service from the company!! You could have been kind and understanding and worked with her about what her other options might be, instead of lecturing her. You did not have to leave her hanging! How rude and disrespectful 😒 😤 your shop came highly recommended as a shop to visit, how can I be guaranteed that you have my best interests at heart? Now you look like a business just trying to make a buck instead of putting the customer first and listening for what the customer is looking for? How's that for a lecture?!! But I do strongly believe that you could have done better for the person who bought a defective product.

If I could rate a negative I would. The employee acts like customers are there to serve them. Negative 10 for the customer service. It should have been an easy transaction for simple lighter fluid. My hard earned money will be spent elsewhere. I have given this place plenty of chances to become service and customer centered. Enough is enough.

Very helpful staff Update 8/4/2023 I went in and bought this mod when I put the batteries in after I left this was the screen. I called them within an hour of leaving the store. She called her manager then called me back. She told me the manager won't accept a swap out or return but would give me 20% off another one. I just spent close to $200.00 to have a non working mod. Customer service was always good but now that I have a problem I wouldn't recommend going there. I don't know how many people I referred there. It's just sad. Update 8/8/23 reply to owner: on your disposables yes they are always checked before leaving the store. This was a brand new mod still in the plastic. The sales woman did not unpackage it or anything before handing it to me. She has my number if you would like to call me and discuss this further.
