Empire Smoke Shop

From out of town and looked up Vape shops in Bath and Empire Smoke Shop came up. Visit was great. I was in and out within 5 minutes and the gentleman there was very nice and helpful. Good price too on my Geek Bar. Thank you!

Veriety of things, just wish they tried them so they were able to give an honest opinion on their products

I’ve been in the store a few times and it’s a nice store and inexpensive. I feel this location should have a website or a Facebook page so people can browse the products that are available! Some of the items are in a cabinet that the customer can’t see so when you ask what products they have the cabinet has to be opened for the sales associate to show you! Sometimes I have limited time and would love to go in knowing what product I want.

I, along with a few friends, often visit this vape shop, but our experiences are marred by feelings of being rushed. We are unable to browse the selection without an employee closely following us, creating an uncomfortable environment. Furthermore, when we attempt to inquire about multiple flavors or specific products, especially those that require the employee to retrieve from the back, we are met with a lack of enthusiasm and a sense of imposition, which is disappointing. It is regrettable that this establishment is the only vape shop in Bath

Stopped in one day and quoted a price, came back in 3 days later and different employee tacked on an additional 150.00 to the price. While this was playing out, kwik fill was getting a fuel delivery, when the young guy started to video the delivery. Completely started to ignore me and taping the delivery. This has been reported to authorities but it's time we speak up.
