Prefers to be talking on the phone then help a customer out. Doesn’t have any customers service skills , called the police because i didn’t want to give him a refund of what I already paid for and the police laughed at him and we ended up giving a refund. People like this shouldn’t own a business without people skills or proper manners , very disrespectful .

I wish I felt more comfortable walking into this store honestly I think there should be proper ownership and much better management. I walked in to this store to purchase and the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. It is sad to know that I work so hard for my money and I have to be disrespected. It’s all good I will not repeat and if you are reading this just go somewhere else to purchase. As a business owner myself I don’t feel the people in my community of East Patchogue should deal with this type of treatment. I should also add that I helped this owner and hard help is hard to find. I will definitely never recommend good luck I wish you all the best with the way you treat your customers and I will not repeat respectfully because I have worked extremely hard for my funding.
