As most people, I was skeptical about this school. After spending 9 hours today at the hands on class, I could NOT be more impressed. Everyone was extremely professional. If your looking to have a job in the industry it’s perfect for you but IMO if your looking to open a business in industry I would just jump right into advanced classes. Basic class is focused more on being an employee. Pat does a great job at keeping everyone on track and covers a lot of material in a short period of time. The class was a little misleading I thought it would be alot more hands on focus on growing. Would appreciate more hands on training in lab than having to study slides and watch videos at home but overall great experience and I gained some knowledge in the history of the business.

Sitting on 7 Acres of land this is the best place to learn, grow and integrate yourself to an educated community!!! I signed up for the school and paid $99 to reserve my seat however this pandemic happened and my grandma who I live with is ill so I could no longer attend the school right now. I called my times no answer I emailed no answer finally yesterday someone answer I explain to them the situation and she flat out told me we don’t do refunds. That’s absurd you’re taking ppl hard earn money and have to compassion about ones situation. I really needed the $99 back to help my grandmother but they prefer to keep it like the thieves they are.Edit post : the only screenshots you can show was me saying to reschedule for aug class because I thought I can possibly make it to you’re school . Now the screenshots I can show is how many times I called that lil 720 number under Allyson emails so I can communicate over the phone other than via email which NOBODY picked up the phone and finally on Thursday someone picked up telling me I cannot get a refund so no I will not remove no review on my experience with this school you could’ve easily refund the $99 and as you state have that seat for another student.

This school is the first of it’s kind. Comfortable environment and highly experienced teachers. I definitely encourage people to take a class here. Only complaint I have is that Allyson at the front desk is rude. I misunderstood the dates of the advance grow class and she responded to me like I was dumb. I ignored her remark and asked if I wasn’t able to make the dates if I would be able to get a refund, to which she didn’t respond. When I followed up on the question, instead of answering it she just issued the refund. I’ve also called twice and never gotten a return call. I had a lot of respect for this school the first time around. Allyson took away my opportunity for a second class without confirming I actually wanted a refund.

What more can I say. I am blown away with Learn Sativa. My month learning here was more than I could have imagined. My instructors were knowledgeable on all aspects of cannabis. Really did not like how they basically forced students to post 5 stars after the class ended. One felt like I was being used for my rating only plus I paid $100 for information you can find in any YouTube channel..I Highly recommend Noone take this course and learn from trial and error. Having personally attended several other well known schools for cannabis, I will be the first to tell you that they were not close to what I learned at Learn Sativa. I would only refer to this institution as the true cannabis college of the industry. I met the most amazing people in my class, including all the staff members. Every person there was always so helpful with whatever questions I had. I’ve attended several green carpet events since and have met even more wonderful alumni. I saw the billboard and decided to stop in for a tour today out of curiosity….WOW. What this group of people are doing here is beyond words. I’ve lived in the Apopka area for many years and I’m used to seeing abandoned farms. In just six months what they have managed to turn this property into is amazing. The girl that runs their operations was so bubbly and welcoming. Full of great information. Max did a great job on my tour. I honestly have no intentions of doing the classes, but based on my tour, I would highly recommend. Great way to spend my Sunday afternoon.

Words can’t express what I feel for this business and what they are doing for the world. First and foremost Allie. I went through a dire situation with my family and was terrified about missing my classes. This girl responds day and night to emails. Receiving a genuine response back minutes later after 11 PM several times, I don’t know how she does it. No concern over money, just about how I was doing…absolutely amazing feeling. The Learn Sativa team…Patrick is inspiring just to watch and learn from. He doesn’t tell people what to do. Typical owners watch their employees do the hard work. You see him doing it along with his employees. The whole staff hangs out way after classes are done. They will answer any and all questions you have. I only finished two of my classes in March. Just got rescheduled to come back in May. These people will literally do anything for you. Can’t wait to finish my certificate and become LSU alumni.

We went as a small group to your the facility. We had a very informative tour from Vinny and we got to see the green houses as well as learned about the inside where classes are conducted. It was perfectly pleasant and informational. The staff were all friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. They even had a head shop with products for purchase. I would highly recommend taking a free tour of this place, especially if you are curious and/or looking for a more holistic health journey.

When you call a business at 10 A.M., got a director on the phone no problem. Got the same person responding to my emails at 11 P.M. Who does that? Girl needs a raise. Did a tour and was told they were short staffed. SAME DIRECTOR gave us their undivided attention when clearly swamped. Haven’t even taken classes and blown away by the customer service. The location is mind blowing seeing the before and afters. These people know what they are talking about and doing. Called the department of agriculture and didn’t get the amount of information I got on a free tour. Signing up for classes in October. I am already impressed. These are not your typical “cannabis people”. These people are professionals. Can’t wait for my classes in October. Will update my review with photos.

Not what I was expecting! You go to a lot of these little local smoke shops and you get kind of used to that and then you walk into this place and they just don’t want to sell you product they want to educate you on the product that they’re selling you. For my first time I walked in there it was a very busy time there was a lot going on for them and they still had time to show me a tour of the farm and talk to me about every question I had even though some of them were pretty basic. I would definitely recommend this place over any other place that I’ve been to in Orlando area and I’ve been to a lot.

Update: after a lovely talk with the owner, I felt the need to change this review. I’m so grateful he got everything resolved for me and contacted me so quickly. I can’t wait to start classes and make my dream come true. ❤️How are you still processing a payment from March 6th when it is now the 24th? I have waited to be contacted back and submitted several forms on the contact us page for weeks with no response. It said I’d be emailed within 48hrs after payment with a schedule and I wasn’t. Just emails about cannabis and benefits of it. I’m starting to think this is a scam so they can send you things to your email. And I paid over $300 to reserve a seat and for a workbook. What is going on?

Amazing school for those seeking to become more educated on all aspects of cannabis. Front desk was not exactly the greatest at replying to most emails or phone calls while I went here, (called during operation hours, and also emailed and waited over a week for a response..)BUT other than that, the teachers there are very professional and knowledgeable, staff is professional. CAUTION SUPER WOKE !They are one of the wokest companies I’ve ever seen. 25 year old SJWs do their hiring. Feels like a lot of the employees there are apart of Antifa and BLM. The atmosphere comes off like you make a bad joke or didn’t use someone’s pronoun it would be a serious issue. They do not value their own certificates of completion. And neither does any other dispensary or company.

It seems impossible to get any assistance. I’ve paid for a course and a book a month ago and it took over 10 days and numerous contact attempts just to get access to the virtual course. I was then given a tracking number for my book purchase but the package has not moved in over 2 weeks. I contacted the post office to see if the issue was on their and confirmed that it wasn’t. I have since opened numerous tickets online requesting help and left even more messages on a voice mailbox that says I’d be called back within 48 hours but still no one has attempted to resolve this. I went as far as trying to download the free version of the book on the website and that link doesn’t work. This is very disheartening because I was truly eager to do every course being offered including all hands on courses when they become available again but the lack of communication leaves me unsure how to move forward. Hopefully this review prompts a resolution for me and improved customer service for those interested in the future. Not a good start so far but hopefully my impression can be changed.
