If you are applying for a job at a dispensary, our hope is that our certification program will give you the advantage in the selection process over someone who has NOT received certification.
Certification shows that you have taken all of our courses and have proved that you have met our standards of knowledge in the cannabis industry.
Once receiving certification from us, you are encouraged to list Learn Sativa University under “special training/education”. Dispensaries can then call and verify that you are a student in good standing.
We do not offer job placement. However, we do help with resume building, host bimonthly job fairs, and have a job board for Florida and 22 other states.

Update: after a lovely talk with the owner, I felt the need to change this review. I'm so grateful he got everything resolved for me and contacted me so quickly. I can't wait to start classes and make my dream come true. ❤️How are you still processing a payment from March 6th when it is now the 24th? I have waited to be contacted back and submitted several forms on the contact us page for weeks with no response. It said I'd be emailed within 48hrs after payment with a schedule and I wasn't. Just emails about cannabis and benefits of it. I'm starting to think this is a scam so they can send you things to your email. And I paid over $300 to reserve a seat and for a workbook. Not what I was expecting! You go to a lot of these little local smoke shops and you get kind of used to that and then you walk into this place and they just don't want to sell you product they want to educate you on the product that they're selling you. For my first time I walked in there it was a very busy time there was a lot going on for them and they still had time to show me a tour of the farm and talk to me about every question I had even though some of them were pretty basic. I would definitely recommend this place over any other place that I've been to in Orlando area and I've been to a lot.

When you call a business at 10 A.M., got a director on the phone no problem. Got the same person responding to my emails at 11 P.M. Who does that? Girl needs a raise. Did a tour and was told they were short staffed. SAME DIRECTOR gave us their undivided attention when clearly swamped. Haven't even taken classes and blown away by the customer service. The location is mind blowing seeing the before and afters. These people know what they are talking about and doing. Called the department of agriculture and didn't get the amount of information I got on a free tour. Signing up for classes in October. I am already impressed. These are not your typical "cannabis people". These people are professionals. Can't wait for my classes in October. Will update my review with photos.

We went as a small group to your the facility. We had a very informative tour from Vinny and we got to see the green houses as well as learned about the inside where classes are conducted. It was perfectly pleasant and informational. The staff were all friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. They even had a head shop with products for purchase. Sitting on 7 Acres of land this is the best place to learn, grow and integrate yourself to an educated community!!! If your looking to have a job in the industry it’s perfect for you but IMO if your looking to open a business in industry I would just jump right into advanced classes. Basic class is focused more on being an employee. Pat does a great job at keeping everyone on track and covers a lot of material in a short period of time. The class was a little misleading I thought it would be alot more hands on focus on growing. Would appreciate more hands on training in lab than having to study slides and watch videos at home but overall great experience and I gained some knowledge in the history of the business.

As most people, I was skeptical about this school. After spending 9 hours today at the hands on class, I could NOT be more impressed. Everyone was extremely professional. All the reviews are spot on. 5 stars all the way. TONS of knowledge packed into one day. If you want to start in the legal cannabis industry, you'd be silly not to go here. This course exceeded my expectations on so many levels! The instructors, the set-up, the knowledge are all unmatched. And the connections that the University has with the big name dispensaries are real! If you want to find a job in the Cannabis industry this is where you start! By the time our Dispensary Mgt course was over there were so many hugs and everyone was routing for each other. The University will help you with your resume and will assist you in all aspects of the process. I went to this school and wow! The class is easy for everyone to learn, the staff wants to ensure you learn everything there is to know for when it comes to the cannabis industry. Class is only once a week with the rest being online. They’ll stick their neck out to help you get a job in the field but you have to put forth the effort.

Knowing about Cannabis and LEARNING about cannabis is totally different. You will learn so much that you will wonder why more people who want change are not taking this class. Maybe it’s because they have no idea that this University exists . I drove 3 hrs just to make sure I took advantage of this opportunity. Instructors make it so easy to understand and hands on classes make these complicated YouTube videos much easier than it seems. Plus... Chris will make sure you really relax while learning how this class is worth investing your time, effort in acquiring the knowledge to be on top of the Cannabis industry.

It was definitely an experience, that I would do all over again and again. My professors were kind, patient and knowledgeable. Class weren't long ,every question I could think of has been answered and even after graduating the class I am still able to come to them for help and guidance 😁 class was Lit Af.

This class has changed the way I view Cannabis medication! The teachers were just amazing. They always took the time for a one on one. They make sure you know and are ready for an entry level cannabis industry!! It was so much fun and I learned more then I could imagined

The knowledge I've gained through both the basic course and advanced grow courses at the Orlando campus are priceless. instead of trying to learn from 10,000 different web pages, videos and opinions, the entire LSU team has organized the material into a simplified step by step process that then branches out to more technical aspects of the industry with great learning tools like hands on labs. I'm absolutely ecstatic someone is spreading this knowledge, and I hope it only GROWS from here. thank you all again.

Patrick seemingly knows everything there is to know. about the industry. I learned a lot when it came to the plant itself. Lots of technical knowledge and hands on learning. There's so much information out there and Learn Sativa makes it easily available and accessible.

Absolutely fantastic class! Tons of information, everything you could want to know about the industry you learn here. I did the one day course and it was a ton of information(hands on and lecture) that’s presented in a way that’s easy to digest and most of all is fun. If this is the industry you want to be in this school is an absolute must! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Just finished the 8 hour crash course in Orlando. Couldn’t have asked for anymore information than I received. This was so informative and fun at the same time and you really learn about the medical marijuana industry in a legitimized way. Everything about this class is 5 stars and if you don’t sign up for it you’re missing out on opportunities of a life time and making history. So confident in everything I learned.
